When it comes to exercise, many people can get extremely creative with their reasons not to do exercise. The real fact is that, while we are trying to become fit, the physical exercise really isn’t enjoyable; it is simply hard work. Pushing the body to get fit and healthy hardly ever feels great, inspite of the rushes of endorphins. Although we occassionally get endorphin rushes, our joints and muscles go through pain, we get exhausted and for a while we kind of dislike our bodies. No wonder people are so good at uncovering other things to do with our down time! Here are some of the worst type of excuses an individual can use to avoid any regular exercise.
